A cognitive phenomenon where distinctive or unusual items in a group are more likely to be remembered than common ones.
You “humans” remember those things that stand out to you. This is accentuated when making decisions.
We’re arriving at a point where we understand the brain and its concoction of chemicals. We are amplifying technology to create outputs that standout by stimulating the senses and the r complex of the brain. Since you know this, you should navigate this…crap. You should tune yourself to filter out this cognitive noise. If you do truly value the components of your agency (time, attention, focus, effort, energy), this pruning process should come natural to you. You should be inclined to venture into the removal of these base brain distractions.

10 million years before.
